I am using this CD with the relaxation CD because my doctor recommended it to me. I definitely can tell the difference in the morning whether or not I used the CD.

I feel more refreshed even if I did not have allot of time to sleep, compared to nights when I have slept for a longer time but without the CDs.

I think this though comes down to taste, you first need to use almost every night to really work, second you need to be able listen to this new age sounding music, and thirdly you need make sure or roommate won’t try to kill you or the music in the middle of the night.

Picked up this CD once my wife’s & my first child was born! Trust me, all 3 of us needed it!! LOL! Seriously though, my son is now 3 years old and this CD still helps at nap-time, plus I really like the music too. …very soothing!

I’ve had insomnia for 18 years, tried every drug under the sun and have even submitted to accupuncture-NO LUCK! And although I had to listen to it for nearly two hours before I fell asleep, this CD did something nothing else could! I also use it to get relaxed when I’m a bit stressed and it seems to be effective. I’ve even transferred it to my iPod so I can have it when I travel.

Bottom line: try it-it definitely can’t hurt you, like medication can!

Liquid Mind VIII Sleep is better at promoting sleep. This is fine for relaxation, in my opinion.
