Do not waste your money on this – it does not work!! Asks for a registration number that is not provided and you can’t return it because you do not know this until the package is opened.

I bought the program to comvert ipod to pc. Well I can’t figure it out. The music portion asks for a code which doesn’t match the code provided. Ringtones, you buy extra they load? Probably a great thing to load a dvd to Ipod but I find it imposible to do it ipod to pc. I got the idea that all medium were acceable, I am at aloss, a bust in one.

this software is awesome and does what it says, it actually copies stuff from the ipod (unlike tune tools, made by actual “tools”) very well. it has its little peccadillos (it tells you what to do to avoid accidentally erasing the ipod). it is actually 3 applications it will also take your dvd’s and put them on the ipod, as well as create reingtones, I have not tried these yet, but if they are as good as the music, it is well worth it. I did NOT purchase this at amazon, i purchased it elsewhere, but I wanted to share how great this item is. When you first install it, DO A SOFTWARE UPDATE, otherwise it will not work, the update is free. you will also have to have “.net frameworks” on your computer (if not its a free download at microsoft). This software is excellent to back up an ipod (I have a 60 and 80 GB ones, do not want to redo them!) as well as to allow you to put stuff from you old ipod onto a new one. Good luck
