MIDI QUICK START is a 2nd grade level text; worthless, overproduced, incredibly overpriced. I wouldn’t give it away, much less attempt to sell it. It’s two redeeming qualities: it’ll only waste ten minutes of your time–if you bother to read it cover to cover–and it doesn’t take up much room in the trash can.
